Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm the order once payment (or, for cash on delivery, the order itself) is accepted. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Order totals — including any discount, delivery fee, and tax — are always calculated by our system at the time of purchase.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online payment. Online payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order from your account before it has been dispatched. Once an order reaches a later stage of fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available — see our Return Policy for options after delivery.
