Return Policy

Before your order ships

You can cancel an order yourself at any time before it is dispatched, from your order history. Cancelled orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method.

After delivery

If something isn't right with an item you've received — wrong size, a defect, or a mix-up with your order — reach out to us from our contact page with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

Condition for returns

• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Please keep the tags attached until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.

Refunds

Once a return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid cash on delivery.
